SHIPPING POLICY
1. Our product all shipped from HONG KONG
2. For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: We use SF express. The shipping fee is Free. You will receive an email with your tracking information. It can check via https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en.
3. For oversea: We use HK Post. The shipping fee is due to the weight, the website will help to calculate the shipping fee. The shipping fee will add to the product cost together.
4. Please wait patiently, we will ship the product within 3 working days.
5. Our customer service online on Monday to Friday at 9:30 to 18:30 (GMT+8). We are close on Saturdays, Sundays, and on Hong Kong Public Holidays.
6.Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. All the products could NOT be return nor refund.
2. Online application is required for online exchange, product exchange within 7 days of date of received from courier firm.
3. Products can only be exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.
4. Save for quality problems, each item can only be exchanged on the Online Store once.
5. For delivery / S.F. Pick-up point orders, online application is required for online exchange. Online exchange is only applicable where the item is exchanged for an item with different colour or size of the same item code. After application, you should return the item to our warehouse.You have to bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to our warehouse; Products can also be exchanged in HIATUS STORE, and please contact (+852) 98684795 . For items exchanged at store, they can be exchanged for any items (not limited to items of the same item code). The difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one.
6. All photographs were taken with actual products; however, because computer screens project colors differently, the products may appear different in color. We recommend looking through the store's exclusive photos. Please understand that we do not accept returns of disliked or unexpected products after purchase.
7. If there is any dispute, HIATUS FASHION reserves the right of final decision.
